Dodamo na koščke narezan dimljen losos, solimo (popramo lahko dodamo tudi malo čilija).  </p><p>Ko se losos lepo hrustljavo zapeče, dodamo narezan češnjev paradižnik, papriko in vse skupaj prelijemo s smetano za kuhanje. </p><p>Omakico kuhamo še 10 minut na zmernem ognju ter na koncu dodamo peteršilj.</p>						</div>

							<p>Vso zelenjavo narežemo na željeno velikost. Ker želimo res ohraniti dober okus posamezne zelenjave je potrebno vsako posebaj popražit. To pomeni, da damo v ponvo kapljico olja in popečemo bučko, seveda solimo in popramo. Bučko damo v posodo in popražimo drugo zelenjavo. </p><p>Vsako zelenjavo zase popražimo in jo šele na koncu združimo s popraženo čebulo in paradižnikom. </p><p>Listnato testo razvaljamo in ga naložimo z zelenjavo. Vse skupaj zavijemo in premažemo z jajčko ter posujemo s sezamovimi semeni.</p><p>Zavitek pečemo na 200 stopinj 15-20 minut.</p>						</div>

							<ul><li>Volumen celotne krvi nosečnice in srčni minutni volumen se pri eno- plodni nosečnosti povečata za 50 %.</li><li>Fiziološka anemija nastane zaradi razredčitve krvi;volume plazme na- raste bolj kot masa rdečih krvničk.</li><li>Krvni tlak se v nosečnosti zmanjša in se pred predvidenim datumom poroda vrne na raven pred nosečnostjo.</li><li>Število levkocitov se v nosečnosti precej poviša.</li><li>Koncentracija trombocitov se zniža v povprečju za 20 %.</li><li>Nosečnost je stanje povečane nagnjenosti k strjevanju krvi (hiperkoa- gulabilnost) in je zato povezana z večjim tveganjem za nastanek tromb- emboličnh dogodkov.</li><li>Poraba kisika se poveča za 15 % do 20 %, da lahko nosečnica zadovolji povečani presnovi (metabolizmu).</li><li>Fiziološka hidronefroza (razširitev ledvičnega meha in čašic) in hidroureter (razširjen sečevod) sta pogosta v nosečnosti in povzročata počasnejši pre- tok urina ter s tem večje tveganje za ledvično okužbo.</li><li>Pretok plazme skozi ledvice se poveča, kar povzroči zmanjšano koncentracijo sečnine in kreatinina.</li><li>Zvišana koncentracija nosečnostnega hormona (progesterona) upočasni praznjenje želodca, zmanjšo gibljivost črevesja in sprostitev zažemalke požiralnika, kar vse skupaj prispeva k zaprtju, hemeroidom in zgagi.</li><li>Premaknejo se notranji organi, da dajo prostor otroku.</li><li>Diafragma se dvigne za 4 cm a še zmeraj ohranja svojo funkcijo.</li><li>Hormon relaksin poskrbi, da se vsi sklepi in vezivna tkiva začnejo mehčati in pripravljati na porod.</li></ul>						</div>

							<p>Ženske smo res posebna bitja in zraven naših moških izstopamo tudi zaradi naše kupice hormonov, ki nam vsak mesec povzročijo čisto razdejanje. Vse mesečno občutimo te spremembe a jih ne znamo vedno pravilno postavit v svoj trening plan.</p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-c2fd69e ); background-color: var(--wd-main-bgcolor);">Pa si poglejmo kaj sploh je menstrualni cikel. Menstrualni cikel delimo na štiri dele: menstruacijo, folikularno fazo, ovulacijo in lutealno fazo.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-c2fd69e ); background-color: var(--wd-main-bgcolor);">Prvi dan menstruacije je prvi dan celotnega cikla. Menstruacija lahko traja 3 do 7 dni skupaj s folikularno fazo pa traja 10 do 16 dni.  V času menstruacije pride zaradi padca estrogenov do zmanjšanja razpoloženja. Poslušaj svoje telo in si v prvih dneh privošči več počitka.</span></p>						</div>

							<p>V tej fazi cikla, treniramo kot NORE. Vzami uteži, obremeni se maksimalno, saj je regeneracija na višku.</p><p>Velika obremenitev, manj ponovitev. Prav tako v tem času z lahkoto oddelamo vse visoko intenzivne treninge.</p><p>Sledi lutealna faza, ki traja 10 do 14 dni. To je čas, ko se v maternici začne sluznica debeliti in pripravljati na morebitno nosečnost. V tem obdobju pride do dviga vseh 3 hormonov estrogena, progesterona in trenuten dvig testosterona. V tej fazi lahko še zmeraj nadaljujemo s svojim vadbenim planom.</p><p>A nekje na sredini te faze, v kolikor ne pride do zanositve, pride tudi do padca estrogena in progesterona. V tej fazi zmanjšamo intenzivnost vadbe, preidemo bolj na usmerjene raztege, hitre hoje, jogo.</p>						</div>

							<div dir="auto">Brstični ohrovt očistimo, razrežemo na pol in ga damo v slano vodo kuhat. Čebulo in meso narežemo na drobne koščke. Prav tako narežemo gobice. </div><div dir="auto"> </div><div dir="auto">V ponvi popražimo najprej meso, ki mu potem dodamo čebulo. Ko čebula postekleni dodamo še gobice. Počakamo, da se razkuhajo in dodamo v omako jušno kocko in  žličko gorčice. Vse skupaj dobro premešamo in zalijemo s smetano za kuhanje. </div>						</div>

							<p>Maslo na nizkem ognju raztopimo. V tem času banane olupimo in jih z vilico pretlačimo. K bananam dodamo še jajce, stopljeno maslo, pecilni prašek ter moko. Maso zmešamo a pazimo, da ni pregosta ali preredka. Če je masa pregosta jo lahko vedno rečimo z mlačno vodo ali dodamo dodatno jajce. V že narejeno maso lahko vmešamo sadje po izbiri, meni je najlubše, da borovnice in maline porazdelim kar po vrhu.</p><p><strong>V naprej namaščen pekač vlijemo maso in ga okrasimo s sadjem, temno čokolado, …</strong></p>						</div>
