							<p>Ženske smo res posebna bitja in zraven naših moških izstopamo tudi zaradi naše kupice hormonov, ki nam vsak mesec povzročijo čisto razdejanje. Vse mesečno občutimo te spremembe a jih ne znamo vedno pravilno postavit v svoj trening plan.</p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-c2fd69e ); background-color: var(--wd-main-bgcolor);">Pa si poglejmo kaj sploh je menstrualni cikel. Menstrualni cikel delimo na štiri dele: menstruacijo, folikularno fazo, ovulacijo in lutealno fazo.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-c2fd69e ); background-color: var(--wd-main-bgcolor);">Prvi dan menstruacije je prvi dan celotnega cikla. Menstruacija lahko traja 3 do 7 dni skupaj s folikularno fazo pa traja 10 do 16 dni.  V času menstruacije pride zaradi padca estrogenov do zmanjšanja razpoloženja. Poslušaj svoje telo in si v prvih dneh privošči več počitka.</span></p>						</div>

							<p>V tej fazi cikla, treniramo kot NORE. Vzami uteži, obremeni se maksimalno, saj je regeneracija na višku.</p><p>Velika obremenitev, manj ponovitev. Prav tako v tem času z lahkoto oddelamo vse visoko intenzivne treninge.</p><p>Sledi lutealna faza, ki traja 10 do 14 dni. To je čas, ko se v maternici začne sluznica debeliti in pripravljati na morebitno nosečnost. V tem obdobju pride do dviga vseh 3 hormonov estrogena, progesterona in trenuten dvig testosterona. V tej fazi lahko še zmeraj nadaljujemo s svojim vadbenim planom.</p><p>A nekje na sredini te faze, v kolikor ne pride do zanositve, pride tudi do padca estrogena in progesterona. V tej fazi zmanjšamo intenzivnost vadbe, preidemo bolj na usmerjene raztege, hitre hoje, jogo.</p>						</div>
